We believe that this can be accomplished by bringing together amazing professionals all of whom have expertise in the divorce landscape and all of whom understand what it means to collaborate.
At each chapter meeting we bring you a top-notch speaker or program, providing on-going education, and an opportunity to network and collaborate with some of the best divorce professionals in your community. Our meetings are typically an hour. We respect that you are a busy professional and are sure to provide a compelling, productive meeting, the ultimate results of which will meet our goal of supporting folks as they go through divorce and in growing your business, concurrently.

Our Speaker will be an estate planning attorney
TALK DESCRIPTION
In this presentation, Daniel Van Slyke of iPlanLaw PC will address asset protection for real property owners and investors. Through careful planning, you can avoid lawsuits against you or mitigate the loss if a lawsuit occurs. Daniel will discuss the tools and methods for avoiding lawsuits, including the power of anonymity. Daniel will then set forth the basic layers of asset protection and the more complex layers, such as business entities and asset protection trusts. Daniel will emphasize the importance of planning ahead to protect the hard-earned investments in your nest egg.
BIOGRAPHY
Daniel Van Slyke of iPlanLaw PC is licensed to practice law in California, Texas, and Missouri. Daniel specializes in estate planning and asset protection, with a special focus on real property owners and investors. Daniel passionately plans to keep his clients, their estates, and their families out of court. And when probate cannot be avoided, Daniel guides his clients through the process.
After the speaker, we will focus on sharpening our networking skills.
Most of us are experienced networkers. At this meeting, we want everyone to share what they have learned about about how to give a great testimonial and how to give an excellent referral.
Please send me your tips before the meeting, so I can put them all in a document to distribute at the in-person meeting, and share with Neil and others. Our goal is to grow our skills by sharing our successes with each other.
