DTP was founded in 2017. Our primary Mission Statement that still holds true today is:

We believe that this can be accomplished by bringing together amazing
professionals all of whom have expertise in the divorce landscape and all of
whom understand what it means to collaborate.
At each chapter meeting we bring you a top-notch speaker or program,
providing on-going education, and an opportunity to network and
collaborate with some of the best divorce professionals in your community.
Our meetings are typically an hour. We respect that you are a busy
professional and are sure to provide a compelling, productive meeting, the
ultimate results of which will meet our goal of supporting folks as they go
through divorce and in growing your business, concurrently.
This event is completely free to all FIRST-TIME attendees. It is an
opportunity to learn more about the Divorce Transition Professionals. If

The most common type of Reverse Mortgage is the government-insured "Home Equity Conversion Mortgage" which is also known as a "HECM" and it offers a Maximum Lending Limit of $1,149,825 for 2024 versus Private Reverse Mortgage programs that offer a Jumbo loan limit of $4,000,000.
Traditionally Reverse Mortgages were used as Refinance transactions
for existing homeowners, but in 2009 the option to
Purchase a Home with a Reverse Mortgage was also made available.

Finance, Real Estate & Insurance from California State University - Northridge.
Real Estate Salesperson license was obtained in 2003 and the Real Estate Brokers License was obtained in 2007.
Carlos and his wife, Tracy, were Foster Parents for 9 years and have Adopted three of their four daughters.
Carlos and his family are active in their local church and love to travel.
