This Month's Speaker
This month we will do a case study. We plan to do this every other month, or until our members ask me to stop :-). It gives us an excellent opportunity to gain deeper knowledge of other members' strengths so that we know when to refer clients to each other.
This Month's Sponsor
Hazel Palache is this month's food host. Hazel supports older women in transition.

Whether you are an individual, a business owner or a financial professional, we know that the need for quality financial services and strategies has never been more important. That’s why we have spent years building the expertise, experienced staff and systems found in much larger accounting firms. We also know that accounting is more than running numbers. It is about providing personal counsel. That only happens when you are small enough to work closely with each client to understand their lives, businesses, needs and goals. With that understanding, and our unique team approach to problem solving, being BIG ENOUGH and SMALL ENOUGH has allowed us to become one of the leading CPA and business consulting firms in Los Angeles.

DTP Non-Profit of Choice
Center4SpecialNeeds is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation founded in 2011 that provides resources, education, and programs for families and individuals affected by developmental disabilities in Ventura County, California. Center4SpecialNeeds' vision is to have families benefit from the information we provide, to help children progress, to help parents restore some balance in their lives and not feel they are in constant crisis mode. We want parents, who are feeling isolated and alone, to feel embraced and supported. We want to provide opportunities for individuals with special needs as they develop into thriving members of our community.
Be Part of the Change!
Center4SpecialNeeds is a non-profit organization and depends on your generous support!
Our monthly goal is for 300 individuals to make a monthly pledge of $20 for one year, which would provide the funding we need to sustain our programs, and expand to reach more individuals and families. For $20 per month, less than the price of one dinner for two at a casual restaurant, you have the opportunity to improve the quality of life for someone with special needs!
- C4SN has undergone a dramatic expansion in our programs for children, teens, young adults, and families affected by developmental disabilities.
- We now employ 6 part-time paid staff and numerous volunteers with special needs!
- Without the safe and compassionate space of our office, many of these young adults would be isolated from the community and spending much of their time at home.
We need your support! You can join Center4SpecialNeeds in making an impact for individuals & their families by making a financial contribution, volunteering, or offering a donation of services or items. Click here to be part of the change and help us reach our goal!
