Our Vision

To create High-Performance organizations that enrich human life and achieve extraordinary business results

Our Mission

To build thriving organizations by uplifting employees through growth in development, improved communication, knowledge, skills and challenging work. Increasing employee engagement, processes and powerful structuring of organizations through High-Performance leadership.

Our Values

We identified values that reflect our uniqueness.  While guiding our decisions, they truly describe what matters most to us.  We will continue to test their relevance and learn from their application.

  • Demonstrating Integrity: We put integrity before any other value as the foundation for trust.  Our credibility is based on our integrity and expertise.
  • Achieving Valued Results: We advise organizations in ways that produce the results that matter.
  • Deepening Communications: We help find your voice to help develop genuine and risky communications, particularly when combined with our value of integrity.  When this kind of communication happens, then others speak up.  When others speak up, new ideas are generated, processes are improved, and conflicts get resolved.
  • Approaching  Life Optimistically: We have an unending belief that organizations can improve, people can learn and achieve satisfaction at work.  We smile, laugh and enjoy what we do because we make a difference.
  • Seeing and Leveraging Opportunities: We teach and encourage people to see differently.  We know what once they see new ways, they focus more clearly, and as a result, they gain from leveraging those opportunities.  They find the voids and fill them.
  • Challenging Our Beliefs and Assumptions: To be effective, we challenge both the beliefs held by organizations and our own beliefs.  We question our assumptions, and where we exhibit resistance to new ideas, we believe this is an opportunity to learn.  This permits us to stretch our thoughts and ultimately to improve our own performance.
  • Causing Accountability: We believe that accountability is instilled in us by our childhood experiences and is demonstrated by committing to improve the performance of organizations, volunteering to support our community, embracing non-profit organizations, and working to sustain what is best in our environment.
  • Integrating Others’ Contributions: We learn from our own experiences. We learn from others.  Improvements come from everywhere at any time so it is important for us to pay attention, to listen, to apply, and then give credit where it belongs.
  • Weaving Fun Into What We Do: to ensure the benefits from these values, fun drives the engine of accomplishment.  It provides the energy to persist toward achievements and to sustain them.

As your Edward Jones branch team, we believe it’s important to invest our time to understand what you’re working toward before you invest your money. Working closely with you and your CPA, attorney and other professionals, I can help determine the most appropriate financial strategy for you and your family. I can also help with your retirement savings so you have more options when you retire, regardless of what you decide to do. I also work with small business owners in evaluating their business retirement plans and their transition strategies.
I have been serving individual investors and businesses in the financial industry for 10 years. As a CFP®, I act as a financial Sherpa helping people climb the mountain of retirement and, more importantly, get down safely.
I enjoy being an integral part of the community and am involved with such organizations as Big Brothers Big Sister of Ventura County, the Conejo Chamber, ProVisors, Toastmasters, executive board of the Alzheimer's Association and Rotary.

I have been honored by my community with such awards as top 40 under 40 for the Conejo Valley (2016); Top Women in Business (2016) by the San Fernando and Los Angeles Business Journal and a finalist for the Los Angeles Business Journal's CFO of the Year Award (2016); San Fernando Business Journal Trusted Advisor Award (2017); and the San Fernando Business Journal Wealth Manager of the Year (2018).
My family has lived in the Conejo Valley for over a decade and look forward to decades ahead. My husband, Joel, and I have three boys Zane, Wynn and Kash and two rescue dogs, Cookie and Halvah. I would like to help to provide the answers to your questions so you can make informed, financially sound decisions. Please contact me to discuss your situation and options.

DTP Non-Profit of Choice

ABOUT CENTER4SPECIALNEEDS

Center4SpecialNeeds is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation founded in 2011 that provides resources, education, and programs for families and individuals affected by developmental disabilities in Ventura County, California.  Center4SpecialNeeds' vision is to have families benefit from the information we provide, to help children progress, to help parents restore some balance in their lives and not feel they are in constant crisis mode. We want parents, who are feeling isolated and alone, to feel embraced and supported. We want to provide opportunities for individuals with special needs as they develop into thriving members of our community.

Be Part of the Change!

Center4SpecialNeeds is a non-profit organization and depends on your generous support!

Our monthly goal is for 300 individuals to make a monthly pledge of $20 for one year, which would provide the funding we need to sustain our programs, and expand to reach more individuals and families. For $20 per month, less than the price of one dinner for two at a casual restaurant, you have the opportunity to improve the quality of life for someone with special needs!

  • C4SN has undergone a dramatic expansion in our programs for children, teens, young adults, and families affected by developmental disabilities.
  • We now employ 6 part-time paid staff and numerous volunteers with special needs!
  • Without the safe and compassionate space of our office, many of these young adults would be isolated from the community and spending much of their time at home.

We need your support! You can join Center4SpecialNeeds in making an impact for individuals & their families by making a financial contribution, volunteering, or offering a donation of services or items. Click here to be part of the change and help us reach our goal!
