This Month's Speaker
Holly Gustlin,
Mortgage Broker/Banker
Holly Gustlin studied personality disorders and High Conflict Personalities intensely to deal with an issue with her son-in-law. If she had known what she knows now six months ago, she would have been able to spare herself and her family much grief.
Few people are passionate enough about protecting themselves from High Conflict Personalities to spend hundreds of hours researching the topic. But 10% of Americans are HCP's. So, we all must deal with them at times. The tools and strategies Holly will share with you will help you identify an HCP and effectively deal with him or her.
Holly is a residential mortgage broker and banker with a passion for helping people buy their home, or keep their current home, with a mortgage payment they can comfortably afford.
Holly has been a loan officer in the residential mortgage industry for nearly 20 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, a California Real Estate Broker’s license, Lender’s License, and is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist.
Priority Financial Network’s investors include Chase, Wells Fargo, Citibank, and over 50 other investors, including many who lend only through wholesale providers, not directly to the public. Priority Financial Network has many investors who do loans that are outside the conventional lenders’ guidelines. For example, we have many investors who will use business or personal bank statements to verify income, and many who will do loans after a credit event (i.e. foreclosure, BK, etc.) earlier than traditional lenders.
Holly excels in helping first time home buyers and self-employed people. She has earned a reputation for gaining loan approval when others have failed, sometimes with the same bank that declined the loan.
Holly is a passionate consumer advocate. She authored a consumer protection book designed to help borrowers navigate the mortgage process, and ensure they are treated fairly and get a loan that they can afford. She offers free tools and advice on the “Consumer Protection” tab of her website, and a PDF copy of the book www.HollyHomeLoans.com/book (the password is mamabear)
